So, join us, and let's build something amazing together! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Swim Coach located in Bengaluru. The Head Swim Coach will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the swimming pool, including swim instruction, swim lessons, lifeguarding, and aquatics. The Head Swim Coach will also be responsible for executing Michael Phelps Swimming training plans, leading practices, and coordinating swim meets. Qualifications Experience in swim instruction, swimming, or swim lessons Knowledge of lifeguarding and aquatics Strong communication and leadership skills An ability to motivate and inspire swimmers Experience in coaching at competitive levels A willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends Current certifications in CPR, AED, and First Aid Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Recreation, or related fieldJob tags
