Educational Credentials : Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree or equivalent. ·

Work Experience : 3 – 7 years of prior relevant experience. ·

Language Preferences : English, Hindi, and any other regional languages. ·

Notice Period : Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. ·

The Manager – Admissions is primarily responsible for overseeing the activities of admissions at Alliance University and recruiting students for the various courses offered by the University. This position will organize the end-to-end admissions process from first contact to enrolment. This position is also required to work closely with other members of the admissions team and with academic colleagues, using well-developed influencing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities: Managing the team of counsellors to achieve assigned targets. Coordinate the processing of all student applications from submission to outcome, to ensure that applications are treated in a timely manner and within the standards set by the University. To ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to all applicants, at all stages of the application process. Liaise with other members of the team and academics, to ensure prompt and complete academic consideration of each applicant. Track decisions on whether to interview, arrange interviews, support applicants on interview day and coordinate post-interview feedback. Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. To undertake application conversion activities, including telephone campaigns and individual consultations. Prepare and brief other members of the team regarding scholarship and scholarship awards. Plan admissions strategies, college fairs and outreach programs to attract students and improve admission rates. Coordinate with faculty, staff, and administration regarding admission requirements. Communicate the programme details with the marketing department so that they can pass on accurate information to prospective candidates. Conduct interviews for student admissions. Ensure understanding and implementation of UGC / Government of India Notifications & regulations. Manage routine activities of the admission staff and prepare reports of individual performance for periodical evaluation.

Skills Required: Strong commitment to and demonstrated skills for working with a diverse student population; Possess in-depth knowledge of various academic programmes. Knowledge of and experience with budget preparation and management; Ability to lead and motivate the team and students; Good administrative & operational skills; Ability to organize multiple admissions activities simultaneously; Working knowledge of MS Office; Excellent communication skills;
