ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities
- Tracking of Network vehicles / Train with the help of ERP & Tracking portal module.
- Timely recording/reporting & announcement of exceptions (including announcement to All India) which has Service impact across the country.
- Provide information and inputs based on the exceptions noticed and work towards corrective action plan.
- Conduct timely coordination with locations (Operation/Fleet/Security) for recovery of vehicle in the event of a vehicle Breakdown/Accident or in other exceptions.
- Generate and announce exceptions in the system for other reasons such as political affairs or natural calamities that can occur in network runs.
- Prepare timely MIS updates of performance against defined network parameters and frequency of exceptions such as accidents, break downs, other delay's etc.
- Performance monitoring of vendors based on the transit time safety & security of shipments to be built for ongoing analysis and improvement.
- Maintains network timeliness by generating MIS of schedule departure/arrival of vehicle.
- Conduct timely follow up with locations and vendors to obtain status of arrival / departure of network vehicles.
- Co-ordination with vendors/All India operations for integration of GPS with tracking portal.
- Co-ordination with vendors for route performance along with improvement and maintain the related MIS.
- Co-ordination between FIN team and vendor for their seamless payment and timely placement of network route vehicles
UALI QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES FI
- Any graduate with 2+ years of experience in operations and process excellence.
- Comprehensive and possessing analytical Skills
- Exposure to operations planning.
- Tech savvy, Problem solving, data-driven decision-making through the stakeholders.
- Team Building and Employee Engagement Capability.
- Adaptability towards change management.
