Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Strategist with experience to join our dynamic team. As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, consumer behavior, and market trends. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills. You will be responsible for In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the narrative of our brand, ensuring that our content resonates with our target audience and aligns seamlessly with our brands voice and identity. You should also be creating high-quality, informative, and persuasive content that drives traffic, engages audiences, and boosts product visibility on platforms like Amazon. Your writing will not only inform but also persuade customers to make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the companys business goals.
  
• Conduct content audits and market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  
• Conduct in-depth audience research to understand target demographics, behaviors, and preferences.
  

Content Creation and Management:

• Write product descriptions, feature lists, and compelling copy for Amazon product listings.
  
• Craft engaging and persuasive marketing content for Amazon Sponsored
  
• Product Ads and A+ Content.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content.
  
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets across various channels.
  
• Optimize content for SEO and other key performance indicators.
  

Keyword Research:

• Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize product listings for search
  
• engine visibility on Amazon.
  
• Implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings and discoverability.
  

Product Knowledge:

• Develop a deep understanding of the products you write about to effectively
  
• communicate their benefits and features.
  
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and
  
• improve organic visibility.
  
• Regularly analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to
  
• maximize impact.
  

Brand Consistency:

• Uphold brand guidelines and voice throughout all content creation and distribution.
  
• Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
  

Performance Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and other teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
  
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for content initiatives.
  

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep the content strategy ahead of the curve.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with Amazons platform and best practices is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in SEO and keyword research tools.
  
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Working Days

Mon - Fri 9-6pm

Sat & Sun week off

May have some late evening calls during the week as the client is based out of the US.
