Job Description
The Brand Executive implements plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and
loyalty in order to drive the organization's brand equity. He / She is also responsible for conducting
market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for the organization.
The Brand Executive works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where he/she ensures
compliance of the brand identity throughout the organization
Key Areas Responsibilities Website Backend management
- Learn & manage the website back end to make any updates
to images, content, pricing etc. on the company website
- Liaison with the website tech team to take new pages,
components or features live
Creative communication
- Conceptualize and manage creative communication incl.
creative collateral and asset creation liaising with graphic and
video teams
- Work with bloggers, content writers etc. to ensure brand
communication, advertising copies etc. are as per brand
standards and in brand tonality
Website content
management
- Create briefs, work with agencies/content writers to get
website content, imagery etc., quality check and edit as
needed to have the appropriate brand content on website
- Upload and manage content on website, create offers, list
new products etc.
- Run periodic hygiene checks on the website and ensure
smooth functioning
Content for SEO
- Brief and guide writers/bloggers to get high quality output on
blogs and articles for SEO purpose
- Ensure timely implementation of content for SEO
Promotions &offers
- Benchmark competitors and other relevant brands in category
and other allied categories to identify best in class practices
for website, offers, promotions and creative communication
- Design and structure right offers, monitor performance and
make changes as per data
Skills And Competencies Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Understanding of advertising and marketing campaigns
- Understanding of creative communication, design and visual
aesthetics
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Website content management experience will be a plus
