Interview process- 1 Virtual round + 1 F2F
Skills needed- comm skills, excellent with MS office, excel, etc. sales, business development, convincing skills, CRM, revenue generation, knowledge of market trends, negotiation skills.
Education background- BA/BCom/BBA or equivalent in the field of sales. Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices.
Desired Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or business development in any industry.
- Strong understanding of products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Solid sales and negotiation skills to drive revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail to analyze financial data and develop strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant systems.
