Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Trainer for our Driving School division. As a Master Trainer of Driving School, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of driver training programs. You will design and deliver comprehensive training modules for beginner and advanced drivers, focusing on road safety, defensive driving techniques, and proper vehicle handling. Additionally, you will supervise a team of driving instructors and provide ongoing training and support to ensure consistent and effective instruction. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of traffic rules and regulations, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting safe driving practices. A driving instructor certification and experience as a driving instructor or master trainer is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Driving instructor certification or equivalent
• Proven experience as a driving instructor or master trainer
• Deep knowledge of traffic rules and regulations
• Strong communication and instructional skills
• Experience in designing and delivering comprehensive driver training modules
• Ability to supervise and provide ongoing support to a team of driving instructors
