Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Executive located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service for guests. Additionally, the candidate will oversee the culinary team and maintain a safe, clean and organized kitchen.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in food service, food & beverage, and culinary skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience managing inventory and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with industry regulations and trends
