Department: Customer Relations

Location: Infopark Kakkanad

Experience: 4 to 6 years in Customer Relationship or Business Development in the healthcare industry

Salary Range: 30000 to 40000 per month

Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Executive with a background in healthcare to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Customer Relationship or Business Development within the healthcare sector. The primary responsibility will be to engage with clients assess their support needs and explore opportunities for upselling our services.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients in the healthcare industry.

Assess client needs and provide relevant information about our support services.

Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to implement upselling strategies.

Client Satisfaction:

Ensure client satisfaction through regular followups and addressing any concerns.

Gather feedback to improve our services and offerings.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate and uptodate client records.

Document client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other teams including sales and support to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements

Degree Mandatory English language fluency mandatory Fluency in English speaking mandatory Interpersonal Communication skills Must be a quick learner
