Roles and responsibilities
- Ensure teams are delivering its roles & responsibilities effectively & efficiently
- Engage stakeholders, guide team to deliver, goal oriented, scout for avenues to deliver value and undertake teams full responsibility
- Promote and support effective team working through assertive communication and regular team meetings
- Ensure regular service delivery planning and process reviews are carried out for all individuals in the team
- Confirm team meets process service delivery / support expectations
Skills & Experience
- 12 + yrs. of proven (hands on) experience; excellent knowledge of end to end month end GL accounting processes , supervision of month end close activities and Balance sheet reconciliations
- 8 + yrs. of team handling with complete process ownership
- Handled a team size of 50 members
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proven abilities to anticipate difficulties / challenges and problem solving skills
- Experience in Oracle cloud and Blackline (Preferable)
