Job description
Understands the customer requirements and tender package, develops
tender strategies by analysing the tender file and coordinating with
various stakeholders.
Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for All Customer Segmentations and assigned customers.
. Own Tender accounts E2E and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account being handled
. Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers
. Responsible to deliver IQ
. Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
. Focal point for Clusters act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific customer
. Ambassador for a Cluster towards the GSC organisation and vice versa, helping address cross- functional/cross-process issues and continuous improvement
. Drive active engagement activities with the Cluster
. Drive joint initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challenges
. Responsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion - IQ/BOM
