Role Description
- Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client
experience
- Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair
- deal for all parties
- Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale/lease, and offer advice to interested buyers
- Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial
- property
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
- Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
- We are also looking for Assistant Manager & Manager
Qualifications
- Customer service and sales skills
- Experience in insurance sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Ability to manage accounts and build client relationships
- Proven experience in business planning and meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
