ExuberantHR Consulting is urgently looking for a Manager – HR for a a well-established firm specializing in manufacturing CI & SG iron grade casting for the automotive & power sectors. With two plants located in Bhosari (Pune) and Chakan(Pune), the company holds a prominent position in the industry

Position - Manager - HR

Company Name - Kores (India) Ltd., Foundy Division (

Qualification Required - PG/MBA - HR

Experience Required - 10 - 15 years oveall experience preferred from the Manufacturing industry and should have done end-to-end implementation of atleast 1 HRMS application in any company.

Max Age - Max 40 Years

CTC - Upto 12 Lakh based on experience and candidature

Location - Bhosari, Pune

Job Responsibilities

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for handling HRMS systems like HONO, SAP, Balance Scorecard, and Ramco.
  • Furthermore, they will oversee end-to-end implementation of one of these HRMS systems.
  • Responsible to handle recruitment for non-IT positions, manage contract labor, and facilitate training and development activities.
  • Proficiency in PMS, QMS, and statutory compliance is desired.

Skills Required

The candidate should possess excellent communication skills , advanced MS-Excel proficiency , leadership capabilities , and a strong dedication to timely task completion.
