Job description
For one of our MNC clients, operations based out of Bengaluru. Full-time, Hybrid Bangalore.
Prawega's Partner/Client: One of the leading audio equipment manufacturing companies in the world. The position and role is specific to their India Operations
Available Immediately to join or within 2 weeks, someone who is serving NP.
Responsibilities:
○ Address the HR needs for an engineering team of about 100 people
○ Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
○ Develop compensation and benefits plans
○ Host events for employees welfare, recruitment, team bonding,
○ Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
○ Organize learning and development programs
○ Ensure that employee grievances are addressed in a timely manner
Requirements:
○ Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager in a medium to large size organization handling a team size of 50+ software engineers
○ Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
○ Excellent communication abilities
○ Ability to foster healthy employee relations
○ Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management. Masters degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
