About Your Team This opening is for Contact centre technology team in WPFH space. This team is responsible for development and maintenance of web based call center applications namely SID (Streamlined Interactive Desktop) and other telephony systems. About Your Role This position is for an experienced senior developer to focus on delivery of new business functionality, maintenance of call centre applications and enablement of less experienced colleagues in a development team of approximately 10 people. The role is a crucial part of the delivery & support team and is critical to enable us to deliver high quality systems to the business more quickly. The successful candidate will be able to provide their expertise in building and laying down a robust foundation for major initiatives and also help in reducing the risk of missing the deadlines. The role demands an expert developer who has a great in-depth functional knowledge of development along with good knowledge on key tools and technologies that we are using, an attitude of innovation, automation, and doing the right thing. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and the Technical Leads assigned to the Delivery & Support team.
