Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive l marketing strategy aligned with the company's objectives. This includes targeting potential homebuyers and investors in the Bangalore real estate market.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking. Conduct keyword research and use analytics to refine SEO strategies.
- Social Media Marketing: Manage the company's social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and scheduling posts that promote listings, share market insights, and engage with the community.
- Online Advertising: Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads, to drive traffic and generate leads. Monitor performance metrics and ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics. Provide reports with actionable insights to the management team.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments in Bangalore. Use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives. Also, collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as required. Collaborate and co-ordinate with marketing companies and PR companies to implement their recommendations.
- Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand's values and vision. Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all platforms.
- Website management: Work closely with agency partners to enhance and optimize the website according to company goals.
- Partner Relations: Work closely with channel partners and agency partners to optimize and enhance company objectives
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in l marketing.
Strong knowledge of various digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and content creation skills.
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment: Office-based work as per company policies.
