Job description

Drafting of Agenda, Notices and Minutes of Board Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings.

• Updating and maintaining of various Statutory Registers
• Filing of various Statutory Forms & returns with MCA portal.
• Preparation of Annual Report of public, private companies
• Increase in Authorized Share Capital, Private Placement , rights issue, bonus issue under

Companies Act, 2013

• Creation, satisfaction and Condonation of delay in filing charges.
• Alteration of MOA & AOA.
• Incorporation of Companies.
• FEMA Compliances wrt filing of FC-GPR, ARF and related RBI Compliances wrt FDI.
• Liaoning with ROC, RD, NCLT, Government Authorities
• Closure of Companies under FTE mode
• Preparation of all documents in relation to secretarial and FEMA since incorporation and

ensuring safe custody of the same.

• Drafting & vetting of Agreements.
• Convening Annual General Meetings.
• E-filling on MCA portal & E-BIZZ and other portals as may be required.
• Handling Due Diligence and coordinating with Legal Counsel, Auditors, Investors.
• Trademark Application, liasoning with Trademark Ministry.
• Handling & documentation of petitions to be filed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
