Role Specific Details Having transitioned from an MVP to a product ready for scale, Fleek now serves approximately 10,000 MAUs, generating about $2M in GMV every month. Our offerings range from Consumer and Vendor Apps to a robust AWS backend infrastructure.
We're on the hunt for an experienced Front End Engineer who brings: - Experience in hands-on coding, particularly with React & Typescript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate design mockups into interactive pixel perfect web experiences
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed , scalability and seo
- Develop design systems for the team to reuse
- Ambition not just to code, but to shape and scale an engineering team

Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience with React & Typescript or a keen interest to master these
- Proven track record in react based frameworks like Next JS, Redux etc
- Familiarity with UI CI/CD pipelines
- Hands on Experience with CSS is mandatory
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable web apps
- Mentoring and supporting other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership
- Exposure to GraphQL is an added advantage
- Startup experience is a crucial advantage
