What would your overall responsibilities be
- Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for effective communications and brand awareness.
- Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and health care professionals.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to generate publications and case studies highlighting the effectiveness of our products.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences.
- Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote our medical equipment and consumable products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- The candidate would be expected to travel extensively.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
- Prior experience of at least 2-3 years in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelors/Masters in life science/ bio medical/ bio technology/ microbiology.
- Preferred: MBA in marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify gaps which can be addressed with our product range and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
