Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership with School and Community Connect: Develop and execute university-aligned marketing and outreach strategies, including school and community connect activities, tailoring approaches for effective engagement with target audiences. Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and outreach officers, providing guidance, support, and training for success in achieving objectives, specifically focusing on initiatives related to school and community connections. Campaign Oversight, Brand Management, and Deliverables: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand compliance and consistent messaging. Collaboration, Budget Oversight, and School Engagement: Collaborate with admission teams, academic departments, and stakeholders, aligning marketing efforts with enrollment goals. Develop and manage the marketing and outreach budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Enhanced Visibility: Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies, generating reports on key performance indicators. Oversee community engagement initiatives, representing the university at relevant events to enhance local and regional visibility, with a particular focus on strengthening ties with schools and community stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience: Holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields. Relevant marketing experience can substitute for specific educational qualifications. Proven marketing experience, preferably in the education sector, with a successful track record in campaign management. Previous leadership or managerial roles are desirable. Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills, motivating diverse teams towards common goals. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively articulating the university's brand message. Analytical Proficiency and Collaboration: Exhibits strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making, proficient in using analytics tools. Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and networking skills, fostering collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
