Key Responsibilities: Design, execute and monitor online search campaign using various job sites Source and deliver high quality resumes as per the job description Create and manage a healthy pipeline of profiles for regular requirements Manage weekend drives through external and internal sourcing channels Knowledge on Latest Hiring Tools like Google XRay Search, GitHub, and Stack Overflow Candidate engagement and salary negotiations
What do we need: MBA with 3 to 5 years of sourcing experience Good with Boolean search strings/head hunting Strong interpersonal and good communication skills Flexible to work on weekends – 2 Saturdays in a monthJob tags
