Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Testing Automation Engineer with expertise in Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. As a Testing Automation Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the development team to identify test scenarios, create test scripts, and execute automated tests.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality and performance.
Design and implement test frameworks and harnesses for efficient and scalable automation testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into automated test cases.
Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects, track issues, and ensure the overall quality of software products.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve software issues identified during testing.
Continuously research and evaluate emerging testing tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance test automation efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and quality assurance methodologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in software testing and test automation using Selenium WebDriver.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
