our Head Office is situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and our valuable team is in PAN India. Our work is divided into various verticals and distribution is our major vertical. Currently we are looking for an individual to join us as Admin Executive and seek ones growth along with the company’s.

Role Description Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and conducive work environment. Liasioning with vendors for office supplies and equipment. Provide administrative support to employee and other team members as needed. Manage and maintain employee travel arrangements, expenses and booking platform. Handle requests and queries appropriately. Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers. Taking care of administrative arrangements during events. Paying the required bills on timely basis. Undertaking all administrative tasks.

Who are we looking for? Proven administrative experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
