We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented leader to join our vibrant retail branch as Senior Branch Sales Manager.
In this pivotal role you will play a critical role in exceeding sales targets fostering a motivated team and delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve ambitious sales targets for a range of retail banking products including deposits loans credit cards and wealth management solutions.
- Lead and coach a team of sales professionals providing guidance motivation and training to maximize their potential.
- Build strong relationships with customers understand their financial needs and recommend personalized solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with other departments within the branch such as operations and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and bank policies mitigating potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking sales with a team handling experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Indepth knowledge of retail banking products regulations and market trends.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in technology and data analysis tools.
- Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer
