Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern ( Remote )

Key Responsibilities:-
-Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Create and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Note:This is an internship opportunity, and the selected intern will work remotely. Candidates must be able to commit to at least 25 hours per week.
