*Experience:* 3-4 years

*Salary:* ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 (Net pay)

*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Executive to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the hospitality industry. The primary responsibility of the Hotel Sales Executive will be to generate revenue through identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

*Responsibilities:*

1. *Sales Generation:*

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract potential clients and expand the customer base.

- Actively promote hotel services and facilities to prospective clients.

2. *Client Relationship Management:*

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand the needs and requirements of clients to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

3. *Market Research and Analysis:*

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

4. *Collaboration and Communication:*

- Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

- Communicate effectively with team members to share insights, strategies, and updates.

5. *Reporting:*

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective measures when necessary.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Jaipur.
