Job Description:
SyrenCloud Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented US HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in core HR operations, a deep understanding of US labor laws, and expertise in various HR functions. The candidate should be well-versed in managing end-to-end HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and policy drafting.
Responsibilities :
Core HR Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records maintenance, and compliance.
Legal Compliance: Possess a deep understanding of US labor laws and ensure company-wide compliance. Stay updated on changes in regulations and proactively implement necessary adjustments.
Work Authorizations : Demonstrate solid knowledge of US work authorizations and assist in the visa process as needed.
Policy Development: Draft, review, and update HR policies in alignment with current laws and company values.
Payroll Processing:
Onboarding and Offboarding: Skillfully handle the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for both employees and the organization.
Paperwork and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle paperwork related to HR processes efficiently.
Contract Management: Proficient in handling Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and other contractual documents related to HR functions.
I-9 Registrations : Ensure accurate and compliant completion of I-9 forms for all employees.
Insurance Registration: Manage state-wise insurance registrations to ensure compliance with regional requirements.
Certificate of Insurance (COI): Oversee the issuance and maintenance of Certificates of Insurance as required.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries, both internal and external.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address HR-related needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
