For more details, please refer to our website at: Job Responsibilities: Discover and create solutions for complex challenges while addressing both user needs & and business needs. Build and maintain a Design System to ensure consistency across multiple platforms. Communicate effectively in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs effectively. Quickly and efficiently produce solutions using sketches, wireframes, and prototypes while understanding the proper level of detail to present to communicate your point of view. Conceptualize and design ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design issues. Candidate Requirements: Education : B.Des or M.Des (Communication Design or Visual Communication, Interaction design, Product Design) Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Digital Product design. Knowledge and Skills: Must have Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Communication Design, and related fields. A portfolio that demonstrates your designs, processes, and thinking. Experience working on dashboards, data visualizations, and analytics applications is a plus. Ability to work with existing design systems and define new design systems. Experience with multi-platform development, including Native Mobile, Responsive Web, and Desktop Applications. Passion to develop high-quality and intuitive User Interfaces. Must be able to rationalize and present their design ideas and decisions effectively. Strong collaborative skills and attention to detail. Ability to think creatively and critically about design problems. Passion for typography, visual systems, and simplicity. XD is a must, Photoshop and Illustrator. Advanced level knowledge of XD preferred.Job tags
