Job description
Gather and manage Business/ Stakeholder/ functional requirements through the complete SDLC, using Agile project methodology
Manage integrated functionality technology dependencies, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of Retail Enterprise Fulfillment systems.
Support cross-functional development and QA teams with agile projects, ensuring end-to-end processes work successfully
Identify, understand, develop and document ongoing feature development and enhancements to existing Retail Enterprise Fulfillment systems.
Prepare documentation and diagrams to develop a comprehensive depiction of the existing functional flow of Retail enterprise applications
Serve as the conduit between the Business, Product and the software development teams through requirements gathering and documentation.
Effectively translate Business needs in technical terms for the software development team
Plan and Senior Business Demos and trainings
Develop and review test scripts
Established scrum development processes and best practices
Build and establish relationships with key business, product and technology partners, participate in crossfunctional workstreams that coordinate strategic planning
Required skills:
Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field.
7+ years of experience as a Business analyst within Information Technology or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years experience as Senior Business Analyst role
Experience in defining and documenting complex systems requirements.
Experience in communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with key business clearly and succinctly
partners, including senior executives.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
Experience with the development and execution of test plans.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
