Job Brief:

We are seeking a Territory Head to join our team and drive sales revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your exceptional organizational and sales skills. Responsible for building the brand and actively seeking opportunities to expand our sales at the project in Kalyan. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales and marketing of the site through all verticals
2. Should be handling a team of 8-10 members.
3. Handling the Sales, nurturing leads, negotiating commercial terms & closing the sale
4. Network with corporate, HNI, and other clients for project marketing and sales.
5. Planning and implementing strategies for new project launches
6. Establishing the relationship with all Channel partners
7. Assisting Strategy Team with pricing strategy in line with market demand
8. Design sales strategy, marketing plans, strategy, etc.
9. Market Research, competition tracking, and analysis.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in leading projects with an experience of 8-10 years in Real Estate only.
• Should have handled a team of a minimum 8-10 members.
• Will need to work with HO Teams across functions. Will be the go-to person for Kalyan.
• Should have had a stint in Closing and Sourcing, since needs to make decisions, align strategies advise new plans.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Graduate / MBA in Business, Marketing or a related field
