Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Mechanical Design and Prototype Engineer- Intern to join our dynamic team.
As a vital contributor to our design and hardware department, you will play a key role in the development of industrial products.This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in industrial design, work on real-world projects, and be a part of our commitment to pushing technological boundaries.
Role: Mechanical Design and Prototype Engineer - Intern
Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)
Employment Type: Full-time Internship
Duration: 3-6 months (with PPO)
Stipend: INR 15-20 per month
Requirement- 2 Interns
Roles & Responsibilities:-
. To determine requirements for designs and create physical prototypes of their designs.
. Research the various ways a particular product might be used, and who will use it.
. Examine materials and manufacturing process requirements for product fabrication.
. Work with other specialists, such as mechanical engineers and manufacturers, to evaluate whether their design concepts will fill needs at a reasonable cost.
. Evaluate product safety, appearance, and function to determine if a design is practical.
. Present designs and demonstrate prototypes to clients for approval.
Mandatory Skills:-
. Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on 3D-Modeling and Product visualization.
. Strong knowledge of Kinematics and Motion analysis and Integration of Electro Mechanical systems.
. Solid In Depth knowledge on Materials Science, Manufacturing Technologies, GD&T.
. Familiarity with Static and Dynamic Analysis is must.
. Good clarity on testing product designs using models, prototypes, specialist computer software and computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
. Good communication, comprehension and interpersonal skills.
