Job description

Job Description: Responsible for onboarding Large & Medium corporations and Startups for Car leasing partnerships for their employees through key decision-makers mainly through CHROs, CFOs & Startup Founders, and establishing effective business relationships Leverage data and market research to explore new partnership opportunities continuously Create and implement a monthly business development plan for corporate leads/funnel Good contacts with corporates across Banglore, Hyderabad & Chennai Coordination & handholding with the account management team to generate demand from employees of partner corporates Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by management Develop and lead a motivated, competent, and cohesive team consistent with defined strategies

Desired candidate: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and influencing strategic partners at the CXO level. Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of numbers & Excel. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to connect with people across teams & levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, result-oriented Creative ability to conceptualize innovative and clutter-breaking campaigns Strong attention to detail in the execution of partnership initiatives Prior experience of 2-3 years in corporate partnerships/alliances roles is a must
