For more information about Crum & Forster, please visit our website: The position Crum & Forster is looking to hire a Senior Systems Engineer with a hunger to learn new technologies, design architectures, share best practices, and contribute to the broader shared knowledge of the Infrastructure, Application Development and Security teams. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain Active Directory in a multi forest environment Troubleshoot Active Directory issues using various tools Knowledge with various Microsoft products like Teams, IIS, Exchange, SQL, Windows Firewalls Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on various cloud platforms Assist in adoption of cloud initiatives with Azure / AWS / GCP Maintenance and configuration of Identity Access Management platform, maintain and adopt new cloud solutions for SSO and MFA Advanced PowerShell Scripting for on prem and cloud environments Contribute to system planning, security principals and general software management best practices Implementing and maintaining of multi-tiered PKI architecture in both multi-forest and mixed Unix/Linux environments Load Balancing/Firewall/Network Fundamentals Fundamental Layer 2 and layer3 routing/switching Understanding load balancing, SSL offloading and reverse proxy techniques Strong customer service orientation Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment What are we looking for? Required Knowledge and Skills: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hands-on design and implementation of directory architecture in both multi-forest and mixed Unix/Linux environments Demonstrated knowledge with Domain Trusts, Sites and Services, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, Schema management, ADLDS instances, Time Management, AD Health Extensive knowledge with Windows Server and Windows Operating systems Proven understanding of Public Key infrastructure in a multi-tier environment, public and private certificate management and upgrades for Windows and non-Windows devices Experience configuring Load Balancing, SSL, reverse proxy on Netscaler (Citric ADC) Experience moving workloads from on-premise to IaaS (AWS, Azure, GCP) a big plus Fundamental understanding of SSO and Federated architecture SSO protocols Oauth, SAML, WSFederation, WSTrust SCCM or other application deployment technologies a plus Experience implementing Identity Access Management systems or components Dell One Identity Quick Connect automation Clearly articulate specifics surrounding: Data flow requirements Attribute manipulation for field types in order to join data between multiple systems Will abide by departmental policies and procedures, including authority levels, to comply with C&F's risk management controls At C&F you will BELONG We value inclusivity and diversity.
