Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining the candidate database, job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
