Job description

Role: IT Admin Location: Remote

Position Description: Hardware Management:

Provide laptop equipment through leased assets for new hires and hardware replacements. (Avg volume 5-7/month) - total up to 70-100 employees. System Maintenance: Install, repair, and upgrade operating systems and software. Monitor system performance and conduct data backup and recovery processes. ️

End-User Support:

Install, diagnose, and maintain end-user devices to ensure optimal performance. Provide general application support and system troubleshooting.

Security Management:

Administer security measures, conduct penetration testing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, and ISO standards.

Qualifications: Proficiency in Windows and network management. Experience with security administration, DevOps security, and incident response. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
