Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Manager. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the agency, including coordinating with clients, managing staff, and overseeing finances. The Agency Manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in the travel & transportation industry, preferably in a management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Experience in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Travel Management, or related field
• Experience with computerized systems and software relating to travel and logistics
