Job description
This is a remote position.
Rayden Interactive is looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the
project timeline and milestones are well organized. They align the project team, organize
reporting and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project. Team objectives include
driving scalable and consistent patient and client experiences as well as driving product and
feature adoption.
You will:
. Coordinate a detailed project timeline through collaboration across teams,
activities, and resources
. Determine and manage resources needed to reach objectives and coordinate
resources in an effective and efficient manner.
. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
. Measure project performance to identify risks and opportunities
. Act as point of contact and provide project updates on a consistent basis to
various stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
. Collaborate across teams to eliminate blockers
. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
. Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project
execution.
. Ensure an ideal client and patient experience throughout project.
. Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
You have:
. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
. Bachelor's Degree is required.
. Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best
practices
. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
. Strong understanding of healthcare space and issues it's facing
. Strong understanding of Phreesia value drivers
. Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
. Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
. Superior critical thinking skills and comfortability working with incomplete
information
Shift Timings: 3:30pm - 12:30am IST/4:30pm - 1:30am IST
Weekly Rejuvenation breaks - Saturday & Sunday
