Asst Manager - Marketing | Digital & Product
Location : Nagawara, BLR | CTC : 10-15 LPA | Experience : 3-6 Years Marketing | Preferred Industry Products industry/FMCD/FMCG | Location: Nagawara, BLR | Education : Post Graduate in Marketing Preferred | IMP : Work From Office | 5 Days Work Week | F2f Interviews in BLR

Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing
- Assist Brand & Digital Marketing Manager in contributing to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns
- Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of website and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with paid media, including liaising with digital advertising agencies to develop and integrate content marketing strategies
- Manage e-communications reviews on all the platforms
- Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
2. Product Marketing
- Liaise with Sales for planning & activating all BTL Activities, including visibility drives, sales activations, sampling, loyalty programs etc.
- Maintain any new product launches by competition in the segment and update the master list on quarterly basis or as an when new launches happen
- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with R&D Product Team for launch of new product and support User manual and other collaterals development related to product
- Study competitor marketing and promotion strategies and pre-empt the same whenever possible and suggest action plans
3. Brand Management
- Asist in creation of innovative communication materials for ATL/BTL & Digital platform to ensure that brand standards have been implemented and archive all communication materials
- Brand Database: Gather and maintain all product segment related communication materials in addition to gathering relevant materials from HQ for use in India
4. Account Management
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks, including setting meetings with internal and external stakeholders, keeping meeting minutes and any research and data collection that may be required
- Liaise with external vendors to coordinate for estimates, follow-up on time and maintain records of job executed. Create, maintain, and organise internal documents like PO and estimate approval. Support in development of POSM materials and its implementation
5. Lead Management
- Coordinate with the Brand & Digital Manager for digital lead generation (performance marketing), process the leads to the Customer Care team, obtain feedback on the leads, and provide it to the Brand & Digital Manager for course correction and further improvement
- Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities of offline leads
6. E-commerce
- Support E-comm Manager in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns on ecommerce platforms including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Create ASIN and listing content as per the brand guideline control to drive response on e-comm platforms. Support E-comm Manager with operations management whenever required
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization
- Reporting and Communication: On time reporting on campaign performance to key stakeholders like E-com manager & Management team. This involves generating regular reports on campaign metrics, as well as communicating insights and recommendations for optimization
7. Compliance
- Ensuring and encouraging ethical conduct in line with local laws and regulations, as well as Group compliance policies (especially with regard to brand communication and product claims)

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years comprehensive experience in Digital Marketing with the expertise in below the line brand promotions, retail merchandising and consumer marketing program across the consumer durables
- Experience in leading Direct & Indirect Markting | Excellent communication in English
- Master of Business Admn (MBA), with Marketing & Advertising specialization Preferred
- Consumer centric and result oriented | Early adopter of any advancements
- Excellent planner & effective implementation | Curiosity to learn and try new initiatives
- Extremely a good listener and accepts feedback in a objective manner | Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to adapt
