Job description

Position Summary: As a Key Account Executive, your major role is to retain top customers,

build and maintain relationships over time and generate new business acquiring leads through the references from the client etc.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Location : Gurgaon Experience : 1 to 3 years

Roles and Responsibilities: Build, retain and develop B2B client relationships. Identify opportunities for revenue growth . Develop account plans and provide client reports. Resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction.

Key Accounts Executive,

Having good communication abilities. Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tools.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor/ Master's degree with specialization in Sales or Marketing.
