Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of civil engineering projects
- Prepare and present reports proposals and project documentation
- Conduct site visits and assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
- Use software such as AutoCAD STAAD Pro and other engineering tools
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in project management activities
- Perform calculations and analysis related to structural design
- Provide technical support to senior engineers
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable engineering solutions
- Assist in budgeting and cost estimation for projects
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Understanding of construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Understanding of project management concepts
- Knowledge of sustainable construction principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
- Understanding of health and safety requirements
- Internship or coop experience in civil engineering is a plus
