Culinary Degree or equivalent culinary certification. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable kitchen, preferably in a 4-star or higher rated hotel. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and kitchen equipment. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality food preparation and presentation. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Creative and innovative approach to cooking and menu development.
