Job Description:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements as per SEBI regulations, IPO guidelines, ROC, and Company Law.
- Prepare and manage board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and other related corporate meetings, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Advise the management on corporate governance and compliance issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts as necessary.
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure that the company's policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities when necessary.
Eligibility:
- ACS / Qualified CS with a minimum of 10 years+ experience as a company secretary.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in SEBI regulations, IPO matters, ROC compliances, and Company Law.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of managing corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- ACS / Qualified CS with a minimum of 3 years+ experience in a similar role.
- Thorough understanding and practical knowledge of SEBI regulations, IPO matters, ROC compliances, and Company Law.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant software for compliance management.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities in complex regulatory situations.
Salary:
- Annual CTCL (Cost to Company) ranging between 12 to 24 Lakhs per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
