Job description
Financial Management and ensuring compliances in execution of the approved Capital Expenditure, as well as partnering with engineering team in ensuring value for spend and build controls on execution
Partner with Business Development, Engineering & Plant Teams for capex spends, evaluation and bringing controls
Review and assess financial viability of capital expenditure requests
Partner effectively with function and procurement to achieve smart spending objectives by reducing external costs
Monthly reviews and monitoring of authorized spend vs. budget and ensuring timely reporting on the digital tools
Ensuring Asset classifications and internal taggings to ensure smooth capitalization at the end of project
Ensuring compliance with all Capex and Internal Control policies
Work with HO teams to assist review and approval of investment requests
Bring financial Governance for all spend and benefit delivery associated with the approved projects
Build strong partnerships with Finance Business Partners (FBP), promoting information-sharing and close collaboration to best support the functions
Ensure capital spending is phased as per approved plans tracking the cash flow committed vs actuals
Investment modelling for opex productivity and future capacity investments

Experience
Minimum 2-3 years in manufacturing organization, preferably in CPG industry.
Exposure to evaluation of capex / market investment analysis highly beneficial
