Job Description
The successful candidate will lead Delivery of projects/services. Will be responsible to lead a team of Data Protection and Information Security Partners known as DSPs (Data Security Partners) and DSPiEs (Data Security Partners for Engineering Products). Accountability
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders (e.g., Topic leads within Data Security Officer department, customer departments, team members, partner departments and organizations within the Bosch Group of Companies)
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Index, Associate Survey, Status reporting for Account/Line of Service.
- Responsible for sourcing, onboarding, facilitating training, managing performance, professional and competence development of team members.
Requirements
- Should have experience in Goal tracking for Quality, Productivity, Deployment, Rookie Ratio in Project teams.
- Extensive client account and project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan and manage the execution and implementation projects, PMP is a plus.
- Experience in project management, People management and leadership skills.
- Team-builder, be result-oriented, be proactive, and be self-driven. Should need minimal supervision, be open to change,
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/master’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Additional Information
Should have at least 14+ years of working experience.Proven and successful track record of leading high-performing teams and customer-facing experience (Min 5 years)
