Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to IT professionals interested in training opportunities and present them with our organization's offerings.
- Build relationships with potential candidates, understand their career goals, and effectively communicate the benefits of joining our training programs.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new IT professionals, guiding them through the necessary details to sign up.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the Process Team as candidates become part of our training programs.
- Identify and recruit IT professionals who can contribute effectively to the development of high-quality training content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, trainers, and internal teams to ensure a positive experience throughout the engagement process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including candidate engagement, onboarding success, and course collaboration outcomes.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activities to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the sales domain, with a focus on cold calls/conversions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and accommodate flexible working hours.
- Familiarity with IT industry trends and skill requirements.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with onboarding processes and documentation.
Night Shift Availability:
Comfortably work night shifts to accommodate the schedules of IT professionals in different time zones.
Maintain flexibility in working hours to engage with candidates across various regions.
