Job Profile:
Hiring for Assistant/ Deputy Manager- Sales Hiring Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber sales professionals. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure the selection of top-performing individuals. Build and maintain a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Work closely with the sales leadership team to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience. Continuously review and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance the overall recruitment function. Prepare varied recruitment based reports and dashboards on a weekly/ monthly basis. This role would require travelling frequently for campus placements/ recruitment drives. Incumbents with flexibility to travel may only apply.Job tags
