Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, forecasting sales, and meeting sales targets. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services.

Role can be done on a consultant basis as well if the right candidate can be finalised.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in forecasting sales and meeting sales targets
• Market research and analysis skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive sheet metal industry is preferred
• Experience in exporting products is a plus
