Job description
Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and submission of bids, proposals, RFIs, and RFQs. Analyze bid documents to grasp client needs and tailor responses effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential bid information. Create persuasive and competitive bid responses showcasing TAC Security's value proposition. Review, edit, and refine proposal content for clarity, coherence, and compliance. Conduct competitive analysis to enhance TAC Security's bid positioning. Maintain bid response quality and adherence to submission guidelines. Track bid activity and outcomes, generating reports for continuous improvement. Cultivate positive client relationships during the bid evaluation phase. Government Tenders and Portals Knowledge Demonstrate proficiency in navigating government procurement portals, understanding the intricacies of government tenders, and complying with relevant regulations. Stay up-to-date with portal updates and changes in tender processes to streamline submission procedures. Expertise in Proposal Reviewing Utilize your expertise to critically review and assess proposals, ensuring they are thorough, compliant, and aligned with client requirements. Provide constructive feedback to enhance proposal quality and increase win rates.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, IT, Business, etc.). Proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related roles. In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions, services, and market trends. Familiarity with government procurement portals and processes. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools. Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
