Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate at YO HR Consultancy you will be responsible for acquiring and opening new Demat/Trading accounts of clients. You will also be handling customer queries and providing beneficial advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally you will be providing technical support including application training and support to clients.
Candidate Qualifications:
To be considered for this role you should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar position. A graduate degree from any stream is required.
