Role and Responsibilities:
The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales of health insurance policies through the agency model. The key responsibilities include recruiting and training agents as well as driving business generation through the assigned territory. Additionally the role entails ensuring licensing and regular tracking of agent activations maintaining planned records of interactions with agents lead providers and intermediaries and meeting them on a regular basis.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be a fulltime graduate or hold a postgraduate degree or diploma (3 years of diploma after 12th). A minimum of 110 years of work experience in the general insurance life insurance (agency) health insurance pharma telecom banking (CASA) or FMCG (sales) industry is required. The candidate should be between 24 to 45 years of age with a current salary ranging from 2.4 LPA to 5.30 LPA.
